The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, who can work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. o Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services. o Negotiate and close sales agreements with customers.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and contracts.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and transactions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to the Sales Manager.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
- Share best practices and market insights with colleagues.
**Qualifications**
**Education**:
- Plus Two/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree
**Experience**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

**Working Conditions**
**Environment**:
Office and field-based work, involving visits to clients’ locations
**Travel**: Occasional travel to client locations as needed
