We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Deputy Medical Superintendent** to lead our hospital operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence.

**Position: Deputy Medical Superintendent**

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1.** **Hospital Operations**:

- Oversee daily hospital operations to ensure seamless and efficient functioning.
- Optimize patient flow, resource allocation, and interdepartmental coordination.

**2. Quality of Care**:

- Uphold and enhance the quality of patient care services.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare standards, protocols, and best practices.

**3. Medical Staff Supervision**:

- Provide leadership and mentorship to medical staff, including physicians, nurses, and support personnel.
- Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for medical staff.

**4. Clinical Services**:

- Coordinate and oversee clinical services, including patient diagnosis, treatment, surgeries, and other medical procedures.
- Ensure timely, patient-centered delivery of medical services.

**5. Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, standards, and accreditation requirements.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance programs.

**6. Patient Experience**:

- Foster a patient-centered environment, ensuring compassionate and respectful care.
- Address patient concerns and facilitate effective communication between patients and medical staff.

**7. Financial Management**:

- Develop and manage the hospital’s operational budget, optimizing expenses and resource allocation.**8. Emergency Preparedness**:

- Develop and maintain robust emergency response plans to ensure readiness for crises and disaster

**9. Technology and Infrastructure**:

- Oversee and co ordinate with IT for the implementation and maintenance of healthcare technology and medical equipment.
- Ensure hospital infrastructure is modern, functional, and well-maintained

**10. Education and Training**:

- Facilitate ongoing education and training programs for medical and non-medical staff.
- Stay updated on advancements in healthcare practices and regulations.

**11. Community Engagement**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community and healthcare organizations.
- Participate in community health initiatives and public health outreach programs.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **MBBS with a postgraduate degree/diploma in Hospital Administration (MHA) or equivalent.**
- **Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in hospital administration, preferably in a multispeciality hospital.**
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and accreditation processes.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and multidisciplinary teams.
