**Job Summary**:
The Medical Superintendent oversees the overall medical operations and administration of the hospital. This role involves ensuring quality patient care, managing medical staff, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. The Medical Superintendent acts as a liaison between hospital management and medical teams to ensure smooth operations.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of all medical departments and staff.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and legal requirements.
- Monitor hospital operations, including patient services, resource allocation, and staff performance.
- Liaise with department heads to address operational challenges and improve efficiency.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of medical staff.
- Manage hospital budgets, resources, and inventory in collaboration with the administrative team.
- Address patient complaints, concerns, and grievances promptly and effectively.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Represent the hospital at meetings, conferences, and external events.
- Prepare and present reports on hospital performance, challenges, and strategic initiatives to the board or management.

**Qualifications**:

- MBBS with an MD/MS or equivalent.
- Additional qualifications in hospital management (MBA/MHA) are preferred.

Pay: ₹17,645.82 - ₹70,000.00 per month
