**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Clinical Oversight and Quality Assurance**
- Ensure implementation of standard treatment protocols across departments
- Monitor quality of patient care and clinical outcomes
- Lead medical audits, morbidity-mortality meetings, and internal quality checks
- Ensure hospital compliance with legal, accreditation, and ethical standards

**2. Administrative Leadership**
- Supervise day-to-day operations across clinical departments
- Coordinate with department heads for resource planning and workflow management
- Ensure proper execution of hospital policies and protocols

**3. Human Resource and Team Management**
- Lead recruitment and performance evaluation of medical staff
- Mentor department heads and junior doctors
- Handle interdepartmental coordination and grievance resolution

**4. Financial and Resource Management**
- Assist in preparing and monitoring departmental budgets
- Ensure optimal use of hospital resources, including equipment and manpower
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and service efficiency

**5. External and Internal Stakeholder Management**
- Act as the face of the hospital for all medical liaisons
- Represent hospital at public health forums, medical associations, and conferences
- Maintain healthy relationships with regulatory bodies and partner institutions

**6. Strategy and Growth Planning**
- Contribute to long-term planning of new departments or service lines
- Implement patient safety initiatives and innovation in care delivery
- Monitor patient feedback and implement improvement plans

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
