**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Ensure smooth operation of medical services at the hospital, adhering to NABH standards.
- Oversee clinical administration, including patient care, medication administration, and medical records management.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the hospital, coordinating with various departments for effective functioning.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff members on clinical practices and protocols.
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role as Assistant Medical Superintendent or equivalent position.
- MS/MD degree from a recognized institution (Any Specialization).
- Strong knowledge of Ams, Dms, Medication Administration, Clinical Administration, NABH standards.
