**Job Title**: Nursing Superintendent
**Location**: People's Hospital, Bhopal
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: Minimum 15 years of experience, including medical college experience.
**Qualification**: B.Sc. Nursing/M.Sc. Nursing, registered with State Nursing Council
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise the overall functioning of the nursing department across all units.
- Monitor and ensure quality patient care through strict adherence to clinical protocols.
- Lead, train, and mentor nursing staff to maintain a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Prepare duty rosters, manage staff allocation, and oversee leaves and shift rotations.
- Coordinate with doctors, management, and other departments for smooth patient care delivery.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, NABH/JCI standards, and statutory requirements.
- Handle grievance redressal and disciplinary matters related to the nursing team.
- Evaluate the performance of nursing staff and facilitate professional development.
- Ensure adequate stock and proper usage of nursing supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular audits, training, and drills to maintain quality and preparedness.
