**Qualification**: GNM / B.Sc Nursing (Registered with State Nursing Council)
**Experience**: Minimum 6 years in nursing.

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated **Ward Incharge Nurse** to manage and supervise nursing activities in the ward. The role involves ensuring smooth daily operations, quality patient care, and coordination among staff in the assigned unit.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all nursing staff and support staff in the ward
- Ensure proper patient care, hygiene, and safety in the ward
- Prepare and manage duty rosters, shift schedules, and staff allocation
- Maintain patient records and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for patient treatment and care
- Guide and support junior nurses and new staff
- Check availability of medicines, equipment, and supplies in the ward
- Ensure infection control, cleanliness, and ward discipline
- Handle patient and family queries politely and professionally
- Report to the Nursing Superintendent or Head Nurse regularly

**Skills Required**:

- Good leadership and team coordination
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of nursing procedures and hospital protocols

**Salary**:
