**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all nursing staff, ensuring efficient workflow and the highest standard of patient care.
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and best practices in line with industry standards.
- Supervise nursing schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels for all shifts.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support ongoing training and development of nursing staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize patient care and enhance the patient experience.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
- Manage nursing budgets and resources effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; a Master's degree in Nursing Administration or equivalent is preferred.
- Valid nursing license and registration.
- Proven experience as a Nursing Superintendent or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
