**Job Title: Office Sales Staff**

**Location**: Peelamedu, Coimbatore

**Department**: Sales / Administration

**Reporting To**: Sales Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue quotations, proforma invoices, and final invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and documentation.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations and pending orders.
- Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, dispatch, production) for smooth order execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales documentation.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in sales support, office administration, or related role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with billing/invoicing software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under deadlines.
- **Strict policy: Use of personal mobile phones for personal use is not permitted during office hours.**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
