Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives in Coimbatore and surrounding areas.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to optimize sales strategies and customer experience.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches to prospective clients, demonstrating the value proposition of our products/services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in a relevant industry/sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and customer insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

**Salary**: ₹16,500.00 per month
