**Role Description**

We are seeking a Pre Sales Associate to join our team in Coimbatore. This is a full-time on-site role where you will be responsible for supporting our sales team by providing pre-sales and after-sales support. You will assist with product demonstrations, customer inquiries, and sales proposals. As a Pre Sales Associate, you will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and provide solutions tailored to their requirements.

**Qualifications**

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Prior experience in a customer-facing or sales support role is a plus

Degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred

**Academic Eligibility**: Any Degree

**Emoluments**:
Rs. 10,000 (Fixed)/month

**Location**: Coimbatore

**Pre-requisites**:
1) Laptop

2) Smartphone with business WhatsApp

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
