**Job Description: Pastry Commis 2/3**

**Location**: Nerul, Navi Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹16,000 - ₹20,000 + Traveling Allowance
**Duty Hours**: 10 hours
**Weekly Off**: 1 day off (as per standard)

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and presentation of pastries, desserts, and other bakery items as per the menu.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and stocked according to the daily requirements.
- Follow recipes and maintain consistent quality and taste of all pastry products.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are adhered to in the kitchen.
- Support senior chefs in the preparation of orders during peak hours.
- Help in plating, garnishing, and presenting pastries and desserts in an appealing manner.
- Participate in inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in pastry preparation (Commis 2/3) preferred.
- Knowledge of various pastry and dessert techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for baking.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work long hours and on weekends as required.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
