**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Test Case Development & Execution**: Create and execute both manual and automated test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- **Automation Script Creation**: Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- **Manual Testing Execution**: Conduct thorough manual testing to validate new features, critical functionalities, and user workflows.
- **Framework Development & Maintenance**: Build and maintain a reusable automation framework that aligns with project needs and team standards.
- **Defect Identification & Reporting**: Log and track defects, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with developers to ensure resolution.
- **CI/CD Integration**: Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing and rapid feedback on code changes.
- **Test Documentation**: Document test cases, test plans, and test execution results, keeping records up to date for team reference.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Continuously enhance test processes and frameworks to improve coverage, efficiency, and reliability.
- **Cross-Team Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to align testing strategies with project goals.
- I**ndustry Knowledge & Adherence to QA Standards**: Stay updated on QA tools, trends, and best practices, ensuring adherence to company standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **2 - 4 years **of software testing and quality assurance experience.
- Automation test execution and manual testing skills
- Analytical Skills for quality assurance
- Experience in creating test cases
- Understanding of Quality Assurance processes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Relevant certification in Quality Assurance or Software Testing
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
