Open Position - Quality Assurance Tester

Location - Mumbai (Andheri East)

Experience - 2+ Years

Interview Process - F2F

Bond - 1 year after 6 months probation period

Must-Have: Automation Testing, Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG

**Key Responsibilities**:
Test Case Development & Execution: Create and execute both manual and automated test cases, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

Automation Script Creation: Develop, maintain, and optimize automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.

Manual Testing Execution: Conduct thorough manual testing to validate new features, critical functionalities, and user workflows.

Framework Development & Maintenance: Build and maintain a reusable automation framework that aligns with project needs and team standards.

Defect Identification & Reporting: Log and track defects, conduct root cause analysis, and collaborate with developers to ensure resolution.

CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing and rapid feedback on code changes.

Test Documentation: Document test cases, test plans, and test execution results, keeping records up to date for team reference.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously enhance test processes and frameworks to improve coverage, efficiency, and reliability.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to align testing strategies with project goals.

Industry Knowledge & Adherence to QA Standards: Stay updated on QA tools, trends, and best practices, ensuring adherence to company standards.

**Qualifications**:
2 - 4 years of software testing and quality assurance experience.

Automation test execution and manual testing skills

Analytical Skills for quality assurance

Experience in creating test cases

Understanding of Quality Assurance processes

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Relevant certification in Quality Assurance or Software Testing

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Schedule:
