**IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED**

**Profile Introduction**:
As a Reservation Telecaller, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from potential customers, assisting them with reservations, providing information about services or products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be a key point of contact between the company and its clients, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls from customers regarding reservations, inquiries, and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about services, packages, pricing, and availability.
- Assist customers in making reservations, modifying existing reservations, and processing cancellations.
- Upsell additional services or packages to customers when appropriate.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service etiquette during all interactions.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on company policies, services, and promotions.
- Meet or exceed sales and service targets set by the company.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Knowledge of reservation systems or CRM software is a plus.
