**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell healthcare plans and value-added services to prospective customers.
- Assess customer needs—both health-related and financial—to recommend appropriate plans, emphasizing high ATS (Average Ticket Size) offerings and EMI-based solutions.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and address customer queries to build rapport and trust.
- Ensure strong post-call engagement through follow-ups, aiding in a seamless onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, conversions, and feedback using CRM tools.
- Provide timely updates on progress, challenges, and suggestions to the team leader for performance optimization.
- Keep up-to-date with all company healthcare services such as digital consultations, chronic care management, mental health support, and savings plans.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 6-12 months in outbound telesales, preferably in healthcare, insurance, or fintech domains.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in both Hindi and English.
- **Sales Performance**: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets with high conversion rates.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- **Customer Focus**: Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- **Adaptability**: Quick learner, able to understand and pitch evolving product offerings effectively.
- **Target Orientation**: Comfortable in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with strong objection-handling skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,165.77 per month
