**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell **healthcare plans and digital health services** through outbound calling.
- Understand customer needs - both health and financial - and recommend appropriate solutions with a focus on **high-ATS plans and EMI options**.
- Clearly explain product features, benefits, pricing, and address customer queries confidently to drive conversions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding and satisfaction.
- Accurately document interactions, lead status, conversions, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the Team Leader by sharing daily progress, customer objections, and suggestions for improvement.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge of **offerings**, including:

- Doctor Consultations
- SmartSave Programs
- Chronic Care Management
- Mental Health Services

**Skills & Competencies**:

- 6 months to 1 year of **tele-sales experience**, preferably in **healthcare, insurance, or fintech sectors**.
- Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal communication in **Hindi and English**; knowledge of **regional languages** (Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Kannada) is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a **customer-centric approach**.
- Ability to work in a **target-driven environment**, confidently handle objections, and close deals.
- Fast learner with adaptability to product updates and enhancements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,165.77 per month
