**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential SMB customers in international markets.
- Pitch products and services persuasively to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Handle objections effectively and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
- Deliver excellent customer service during the entire sales process.
- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in **international voice-based BPO sales** is mandatory.
- Excellent **verbal communication skills in English**.
- Should be comfortable with **continuous night shifts**.
- Must be **Undergraduate or Graduate** from any stream.
- **No employment gap of more than 6 months** after the last organization will be accepted.
- Strong sales skills, resilience, and target-driven attitude.
Pay: ₹15,096.73 - ₹30,144.71 per month
