- Contact of Consultants and Architect, in the target Region(Mumbai), is preferred.
- Contact with Purchase Managers of various Builders / Construction Companies would be an added advantage.
- Good Knowledge of Home Automation Industry is preferred. General knowledge of various Vendors / OEM & their offerings is preferred.
- Fair adaption of understanding of new technologies introduced,
- Preferred having knowledge of Lighting Control, Home Automation System, AV System, CCTV, Access Control System.
- Ready to travel across Mumbai & across India.
- Experience of documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.

- **Sales **- Making Cold / Warm calls to generate Leads. Making presentations.
- **Leading team **- Guiding & motivating the team to achieve periodic targets.
- **Solution design & configuration **- Coordination with customer & helping & coordinating proposal team to furnish the offer / quotation.
- **Order confirmation & POC **- To ensure closure of the order & helping Project Team / Execution Team to make POC, if needed.
- Knowledge gathering on **new technology solution developments **& making management aware of it.

- Making presentation / documents to explain / train the colleagues, on a given product / solution.
- To make cold calls to generate leads.
- Gathering leads from marketing team & to meet customers with a prior appointment.
- Keeping the leads confidential from non-stack holders.
- Creating / updating Funnel report.
- Registering the project with various OEM / vendors.
- Periodic follow-ups of each lead. Documenting the progress with individual comments.
- Coordinating with Project / Execution Team to execute a site survey, if needed.
- Coordinating with Customer & Proposal team to make an offer. Follow-up with the Proposal team as well as with the Customer. Defining requirement & extracting the additional required info regarding the requirements (other than provided by client) which would result in comprehensive interpretation of the needs. Participating in the proposal making to the customer, as & when required.
- Converting inquiries into an order.
- Passing the leads to the other department / senior, if the type of project job is beyond the scope.
- Updating funnel with reason for non-closure of the leads. Keep contact with each stake holder in a project & early sensing the loosing of the order & taking help of seniors, to convert the order.
- Achieving the monthly / quarterly targets. Making summary reports / charts to present it to the management. Documenting the major reasons for non-achievement.
- Informing management about the requirement & trend observed in the market.
- To be in constant touch with Industry to explore the latest development related to functional areas and provide feedback to top management/ Business.
- Participating in periodic training.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
