
Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- **Promote Hotel Services**: Promote hotel facilities, including rooms, dining, and event spaces to maximize revenue.
- **Event Sales**: Work with the events team to secure bookings for conferences, meetings, and weddings.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to clients’ needs.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet sales targets and KPIs to drive hotel growth.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years in hotel sales, preferably in a 5-star or luxury hotel.
- **Skills**:
- Proven ability to close sales and meet targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Salesforce).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Ability to travel for client meetings.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
