Role**:Sr. Executive - Procurement**

Educational qualification: Graduation

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Location**:Bangalore**

Salary**:25,000 to 35,000 **per month

Gender: Male only

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance of ISO Quality standards
- Ensure timely payment to vendor.
- Ensure undisturbed & timely supply of packing material
- Curtail excess stock and maintain minimum level stock.
- Ensure timely reporting of MOP and objective to MR.
- Ensure closing of NCRs on time.
- Inspection of Quality & Quantity of Material and obtaining test certificates
- Generator UPS/ Electric A.M.C
- Verification & processing of bills
- Maintaining vendor list / Vendor registration / vendor assessment.
- Materials price list maintenance.
- Preparation of Purchase Order.
- Preparation of Actual cost against Estimation.
- Preparation of Unbilled & Non-Submission Report.
- DMR for ISO activities.
- Vehicle maintenance records ( F.C / pollution / permit / tax / insurance / emission).
- Maintenance of minimum stock of packing material
- Maintenance of Stationery.
- Order crates, plywood boxes depending upon advice from operations.
- Coordination with operation team and other department in various quality related activities Conducting Internal Audits
- Preparation of Measure of performance Graphs / Analization
- Initiating for corrective actions and preventive actions
- Assisting M.R in I.S.O related Documents & Records Maintenance.
- Development, modification & maintenance of processes Format / Forms checklist / Reports / Standard & Guidelines / QSP / Data bases.
- Training Evaluation / Identification of functional training needs / updating Training related Documents.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
