**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic **Art Director** to lead visual storytelling across our brand. You will oversee design projects from concept to execution, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity. This role demands strong leadership, an eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual campaigns.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage the visual output of all creative projects across platforms (print, digital, video, etc.)
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Develop and present design concepts and mood boards to stakeholders and clients
- Supervise and mentor the design team, ensuring consistency in style and quality
- Oversee art direction during photoshoots, video production, and brand events
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- 4-5+ years of experience in a creative/design leadership role
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in design, branding, and campaign work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
- Excellent visual, communication, and project management skills
- Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative environment preferred
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
