We are seeking an experienced **Offset Printing Supervisor** to oversee daily production, ensure quality standards, and manage a team efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise **Pre-Press, Press & Post-Press** operations.
- Plan daily production, allocate jobs & manpower.
- Maintain print quality as per client samples.
- Coordinate with clients, CTP team & dispatch.
- Monitor paper/ink stock, reduce wastage, track material usage.
- Train, guide & evaluate staff performance.
- Ensure jobs are completed **on time with accuracy**.
- Maintain daily/weekly production records.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years’ experience** in Offset Press operations.
- Strong knowledge of Pre-press & Production processes.
- Leadership skills with ability to manage a team.
- Proactive, responsible & willing to grow with the company.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
