Printing Supervisor

**Location**: Vile Bhagad MIDC, Mangaon, Raigad Dist. Maharashtra.

**Highest Qualification**: Diploma / Technical ITI

**Total Experience**: Min. 5-year Experience in relevant Printing Industry
- Knowledge in supervision of Printing, Cutting, Binding, Gathering & Lamination machines.
- Knowledge of handling Komori and Heidelberg machines.
- Analysing Each order. Getting all necessary Inputs ready including plates, paper, inks & approved Samples
- Planning Sequence of Jobs to be taken for Printing Inhouse with criticality, colour combinations, quantity & timelines.
- Arranging adequate manpower for the shifts as per requirement on each machine
- Keeping a Track of all jobs scheduled inhouse.
- Instructing Job process flow for additional finishing processes.
- Explaining Jobs to Operators and its criticalities.
- Handling Manpower issues and establishing communication between management and workers.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
