Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Kitchen Management:

- Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure efficient food preparation, plating, and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.

2. Food Preparation:

- Prepare high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and presentation.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menus.
- Ensure proper food storage, handling, and disposal.

3. Leadership and Training:

- Mentor and train junior staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during peak hours.
- Provide guidance and feedback to improve staff performance.

4. Quality Control:

- Ensure all dishes meet the highest quality and presentation standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate inventory management and minimize waste.

5. Safety and Sanitation:

- Ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
- Conduct regular kitchen inspections and implement corrective actions.

**Requirements**:
1. Education:

- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.

2. Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
- Proven track record of leadership and kitchen management.

3. Skills:

- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
