We’re on the lookout for a data-driven and creative **Ecommerce Performance Marketing Manager** to elevate our online presence and drive growth. You’ll take the lead in managing paid media campaigns, optimizing marketing efforts, and enhancing customer engagement to achieve business objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance to improve key metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns with A/B testing, creative variations, and landing page improvements.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to align marketing efforts with brand goals.
- Research new opportunities for customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage the marketing budget to maximize efficiency and impact.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in eCommerce and digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce or food/health industries.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver ROI-positive campaigns.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for healthy living and/or familiarity with the nuts and dried fruits industry is a bonus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- UK shift
- Weekend availability
