As an Admission Counselor at Iris Florets World School, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families interested in enrolling in our school. Your role will involve guiding them through the admissions process, providing information about our school, and ensuring a seamless transition for new students.
- Provide information and guidance to prospective students and their families about CBSE School's programs, curriculum, and admission requirements.
- Conduct informative and persuasive admissions presentations and tours for parents and students.
- Assist applicants in completing the necessary admission forms and documentation.
- Communicate with applicants and their families to address questions and concerns throughout the admission process.
- Collaborate with the admissions team and school leadership to coordinate enrollment efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of applicant data and enrollment statistics.
- Participate in admissions events, fairs, and open houses to promote the school.
- Stay updated on CBSE guidelines and admission policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathetic and patient when dealing with prospective students and their families.
- Customer-service oriented approach with a commitment to delivering a positive experience.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in admissions counseling or education is a plus
