Overview

The Admission Counselor is a key representative of the school, responsible for promoting the institution, managing the admissions process, and ensuring an exceptional experience for prospective students and their parents. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with applicants and support the school’s enrollment goals. preferably with experience in CBSE, ICSE and IGCSE schools. ( hiring for Sagar Ring road branch)

Key Responsibilities

1. Admissions Process Management
- Provide detailed information about the school’s academic programs, extracurricular activities, facilities, and admission requirements.
- Guide applicants through the admission process, including filling out forms, providing required documents, and meeting deadlines.
- Coordinate and manage entrance tests, interviews, and school tours for applicants and their families.

2. Communication and Relationship Building
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents
- Provide personalized support to parents to address their concerns and highlight the benefits of the school.
- Follow up with applicants at each stage of the process to ensure timely enrollment decisions.

3. Administrative Duties
- Prepare periodic reports on admissions statistics, trends, and targets for senior management.

Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Previous experience in admissions.
- Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Personal Attributes:

- Friendly, approachable, and empathetic.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Work Schedule is Full time with flexibility for events, meetings and emergencies

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
