**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment and Outreach**:

- Promote the school to prospective students and families through various channels, including in-person events, school fairs, and digital campaigns.
- Conduct informational sessions, tours, and webinars for prospective students and parents.
- Build relationships with feeder schools, community organizations, and other partners to foster interest in the school.
- Participate in regional and national recruitment events and conferences.
- **Application Management**:

- Conduct interviews with applicants and assess their suitability for the school.
- Maintain accurate records of all applicants and their status in the admissions process.
- **Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and families throughout the admissions cycle.
- Communicate key deadlines, required documents, and next steps to applicants in a timely manner.
- Provide personalized counseling to families on financial aid, scholarship opportunities, and school programs.
- **Assessment and Reporting**:

- Assist in the evaluation and selection process, ensuring that admission decisions align with the school’s standards and values.
- Track and analyze applicant data to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make recommendations for improvements.
- **Onboarding and Orientation**:

- Assist in the development and coordination of new student orientation programs, helping new families transition smoothly into the school community.
- Ensure that all required documents are submitted and processed for successful enrollment.
- **Collaborative Engagement**:

- Work with other school departments, including academic advising, marketing, and student services, to ensure a seamless experience for prospective and new students.
- Maintain strong relationships with current students, alumni, and faculty for referrals and insights that enhance the admissions process.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in admissions, student services, or counseling in a school or educational environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and faculty.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of admission processes and best practices in recruitment.
- Familiarity with student information systems and office software (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Sensitivity to diverse student backgrounds and an understanding of the challenges faced by prospective students.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in a K-12 or higher education setting.
- Proficiency in additional languages.
- Familiarity with social media and digital communication tools.

Pay: ₹11,196.66 - ₹40,963.59 per month
