**Company Overview**

We at TeQ Mavens are looking for a motivated Server Administrator /system Administrator to come and join our fast-paced, fun-filled, and rewarding team of professionals. You shall be working with a team of more than 160 IT Professionals, so there will be plenty to learn.

**Position Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain networks, servers, and computer systems.
- Upgrade, install, and configure hardware/software.
- Implement security protocols to prevent threats.
- Create user accounts and manage access control.
- Perform diagnostic tests and optimize systems.
- Document processes, back up data, and develop recovery procedures.
- Design and implement end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
- Supervise and mentor IT department employees, providing support.
- Stay updated with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
- Manage password policies and security measures.
- Implement remote wipe capabilities.
- Ensure disk encryption for data security.
- Should know about firewall antivirus management.
- Linux Process Management.
- Deep understanding of Linux system, access & file system logs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
- Minimum two years' experience in IT administration.
- Extensive knowledge of IT systems, networks, and technologies.
- Strong understanding of best practices in IT administration and security.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
