The SharePoint Administrator will be responsible for the design, implementation, and
maintenance of SharePoint environments. This role will ensure the smooth operation of
SharePoint services, perform regular system updates, and work closely with stakeholders
to develop solutions that enhance collaboration and business processes. Additionally, the
SharePoint Administrator will support ERP and configurations to optimize business
workflows. The role includes providing user support, training, and maintaining security and
performance standards for both SharePoint and related ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- SharePoint Administration: Manage and maintain SharePoint environments,
including SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, and SharePoint Server.
Perform routine system updates, patching, and upgrades.
- User Support and Training: Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot
issues, and ensure system reliability. Conduct user training sessions and create
documentation for end-users and administrators.
- System Configuration and Customization: Configure SharePoint services and
settings, including site collections, libraries, lists, workflows, permissions, and user
profiles. Customize SharePoint features as needed to meet business requirements.
- Monitoring and Performance: Monitor SharePoint performance, analyze system
logs, and implement necessary changes to improve efficiency and prevent issues.
Perform regular health checks and maintain system availability.
- Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security permissions, ensuring
compliance with company policies and data protection regulations. Manage
backup and recovery processes for SharePoint environments.
- Collaboration and Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate
Power Platform). Collaborate with developers on custom SharePoint solutions and
ERP enhancements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain technical documentation,
including system architecture, configuration, and operational procedures.
Generate reports on system usage, performance, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field,
or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator or similar role, with expertise in
SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, administration, and configuration.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, OneDrive, and Power
Platform.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and their integration with SharePoint.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint automation and management.
- Knowledge of data security, compliance, and backup/recovery best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
