**Job Title**: System Administrator

**Location**: Sector 22, IT park, Panchkula

**Job Type**: Full-Time

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficient operation of our company’s IT environment. You will play a key role in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of our server and network infrastructure, providing support and technical expertise to both internal teams and external partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage, maintain, and support **Windows Server 2022** and **Windows 11** environments.
- Administer **Office 365** services, including **Exchange Online**, **OneDrive**, **SharePoint**, and **Teams**.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues to ensure optimal performance and mínimal downtime.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and security policies.
- Provide support and guidance for the integration and management of hybrid on-premise and cloud services.
- Ensure data backup and recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.
- Perform regular system health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to deliver seamless IT support and services across the organization.
- Assist with IT audits and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a **System Administrator** with expertise in **Windows Server 2022**, **Windows 11**, and **Office 365**.

- Knowledge of networking concepts such as **TCP/IP**, **VPNs**, and **firewalls**.
- Familiarity with **PowerShell** scripting for automation and system management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
