Job Title System Administrator Location Sector 22 IT park Panchkula Job Type Full-Time We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Windows Server 2022 Windows 11 and Office 365 They will also have expertise in managing Group Policy DNS DHCP and Active Directory services A strong understanding of Azure cloud services is essential As a System Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the stability security and efficient operation of our company s IT environment You will play a key role in the implementation configuration and maintenance of our server and network infrastructure providing support and technical expertise to both internal teams and external partners Key Responsibilities Manage maintain and support Windows Server 2022 and Windows 11 environments Administer Office 365 services including Exchange Online OneDrive SharePoint and Teams Configure deploy and maintain Group Policy DNS DHCP and Active Directory infrastructure Oversee server and network infrastructure security including the application of security patches and updates Manage and monitor user accounts permissions and access rights using Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime Develop and maintain system documentation procedures and security policies Implement and manage Azure resources including virtual machines storage and networking in the cloud environment Provide support and guidance for the integration and management of hybrid on-premise and cloud services Ensure data backup and recovery plans are in place and regularly tested Perform regular system health checks performance tuning and capacity planning Collaborate with other IT teams to deliver seamless IT support and services across the organization Assist with IT audits and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience Proven experience as a System Administrator with expertise in Windows Server 2022 Windows 11 and Office 365 Strong experience with Group Policy DNS DHCP and Active Directory Good understanding of Azure cloud services including Azure AD VMs and cloud storage solutions Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP IP VPNs and firewalls Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and system management Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Azure or Microsoft certifications e g Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator MCSA MCSE Experience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V or VMware Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery planning Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional development and certification Work in a dynamic and growing IT environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Ability to commute relocate Panchkula Haryana Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience total work 3 years Preferred Shift availability Night Shift Required Overnight Shift Required Work Location In person
