**JOB DESCRIPTION** Position Overview**:
This position is for **Application Support Analyst in Asset & Wealth Management **- International Private Banking. This position is based in Bengaluru, or Mumbai India.

**Responsibilities and Deliverables**:

- Responsible for triaging and escalating any production issue affecting outages per procedures.
- Manage production batch support
- Contribute to the success of SRE and DevOps
- Identify and enact process and technical improvements including automation
- Use and adapt Application Monitoring tools like Dynatrace
- Ready to work in APAC & EMEA hours, and also provide weekend coverage on rotational basis.
- Participate in incident and problem management procedures

**Qualifications and Technical Requirements**:

- 4+ years of industry experience is required with at least 2 years in Production Support, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering
- Degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving or equivalent practical experience.
- Working knowledge in one or more general purpose programming languages, plus an interest in learning other coding languages and skills as needed
- **Skills required: Unix/Linux, Sybase/Oracle SQL, Shell / Perl scripting, Python and experience in Monitoring tools like Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Splunk and Grafana**:

- Experience with job schedulers like CTRL-M/CA Autosys scheduler, and knowledge on any ETL tool like Informatica, Pentaho
- Have an understanding of source control techniques and/or familiar with GIT
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies and tools including Jira and BitBucket

**Good to have**:

- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with DevOps tool stack such as Jenkins, Ansible, Maven
