**Job responsibilities**
- Analyze, monitor, coordinate, and govern the day to day end user technology services consumed and/or provided by Asset Management technology. Deal with change management tools. Support Asset Management businesses for all end user technology related issues, projects, programs, and initiatives.
- Improve operational stability and availability through participation in problem management. Responsible for Incident, Problem and Change management. Perform Project management/Project status reporting/Project execution planning/documentation (technology or real estate). Manage/Monitor the technology inventory/consumables for the Asset Management business for your locations
- Monitor production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools
- Assist in the escalation and communication of issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholders

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in IT Project Management experience including managing project financials.
- Incident management experience
- Working experience in the banking domain with strong technical and project management background
- Exposure to observability and monitoring tools and techniques
- Experience in running complex in-house development projects with multiple interconnecting systems and interdependencies
- Experience in a global organization working with stakeholders in different geographies
- Familiarity with processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Knowledge of one or more general purpose programming languages or automation scripting
