We are manufacturer of machined parts for Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Automotive & General
Engineering Industries. Head Office is in Teynampet Chennai. Our Plant is located in
Thirumazhisai, near Poonamallee in Chennai.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conducting Basic level Interviews for Operators
- Skill Gap Analysis
- Provide Induction Trainings
- Coordinate On the Job Trainings
- Conduct Written Test for Employees to upgrade skill levels
- Preparing Skill Matrix & Competency Matrix
- Preparing & periodically update Training Plans
- Organizing Trainings - Internal & External
- Training Evaluation
- Coordinate knowledge Transfer from resigned employees
- Retain Employee Training Documents & History Cards
- Facing Audits for Training Process
- Promotion of Code of Conduct, Ethical values, Health & Safety policies & rules
- Employee Motivation Scheme implementation
- Arrangement of Company Events - Farewell, Outing, Pooja, Award distributions
Required Competency
- BE / DME / MBA (HR) / MSW
- Must have direct work experience of minimum 5 years in core Training Department of
Tier II automotive companies.
- Must be good at MS Excel, MS Word & PPT
- Strategic thinker, logical and methodical, results driven
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Able to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
