**Job Title**: E-commerce Dispatch Assistant

**Location**: Jahangirpuri, Delhi

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Reports To**: E-commerce Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Order Fulfillment**:

- Pick and pack products accurately based on online orders.
- Cross-check order details (SKU, quantity, address, etc.) before packing.
- Generate and print shipping labels/invoices from platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Pharmeasy etc.).

**Dispatch Coordination**:

- Schedule pickups with courier/logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, Amazon Easy Ship).
- Handover packed orders to delivery partners and maintain dispatch logs.
- Track orders until final delivery and escalate delays or issues.

**Inventory Handling**:

- Ensure inventory is updated accurately during dispatch.
- Flag low-stock or damaged items to the inventory or warehouse team.
- Assist in daily or weekly stock counts if required.

**Returns & Replacements**:

- Receive and inspect returned items from customers.
- Re-stock, repack, or discard based on item condition and SOPs.
- Coordinate reverse pickups with courier partners.

**Record Keeping & Reporting**:

- Maintain records of all dispatched orders and pending shipments.
- Report daily dispatch summary to supervisors or the operations team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 12th Pass / High School Graduate (Diploma or degree preferred).
- 1+ year experience in warehouse, e-commerce, or courier operations.
- Basic computer knowledge; experience with order processing systems is a plus.
- Ability to use barcode scanners, label printers, and packaging tools.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Physically fit to handle packing and dispatch duties.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify back-end.
- Basic knowledge of courier portals like Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.
- Ability to multitask and handle dispatch during peak order times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
