**Responsibilities**:

- Billing and E-way Bills: Manage and ensure timely billing for all dispatches and create E-way bills as required.
- Monthly Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation on Excel sheets and compile all relevant documents for the finance team.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with groups and teams to track stock levels and customer orders, ensuring adequate stock availability.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with local vendors for stationery, printing, and raw materials, such as boxes, ensuring timely procurement and quality control.
- Warehouse Oversight: Oversee warehouse management, including stock organization, inventory control, and optimizing storage space.
- Creditors and Debtors: Regularly communicate with creditors and debtors as needed, maintaining positive relationships and addressing any queries or concerns

**Requirements**:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in operations coordination or a similar role.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in billing, reconciliation, and data management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with different teams and vendors.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and find efficient solutions.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and other relevant software for data management.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
