Chief Marketing Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Define and lead **end-to-end marketing strategy** aligned with business goals.
- Drive **brand positioning, awareness, and market expansion** across online & offline channels.
- Develop **performance-driven campaigns** to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Oversee **PR, events, and partnerships** to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage **marketing budgets**, allocate resources, and optimize ROI.
- Lead and mentor a **team of marketing professionals** to deliver impactful results.
- Conduct **market research, consumer insights, and competitor analysis** to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with **leadership & cross-functional teams** (sales, product, operations) for aligned growth strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **3+ years of proven experience** in marketing, with at least **1-2 years in a leadership role**.
- Strong expertise in **digital marketing, brand strategy, and growth marketing**.
- Demonstrated ability to **scale brands and deliver measurable business impact**.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in **e-commerce / retail industry** will be a strong plus.
- MBA/PG in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
