
Chief Marketing Officer

We are a rapidly growing IVF hospital chain committed to delivering advanced fertility treatments with compassion and care. As we continue to expand our network, we seek a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategy, strengthen our brand presence, and drive sustainable patient acquisition through innovative and ethical marketing practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Building
● Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
● Build and enhance brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and patient-focused narrative.
● Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across print, outdoor, television, Radio, social media, SEO/SEM, influencer marketing, and performance-driven digital channels.
● Ensure patient-centric communication and maintain compliance with ethical medical marketing standards.
2. Digital & Performance Marketing
● Lead all aspects of digital marketing, including search (SEO/SEM), paid campaigns, social media strategy, and influencer collaborations.
● Optimize conversion-focused campaigns for patient inquiries, appointment bookings, and engagement.
● Drive content strategy for blogs, social media, and video platforms to establish thought leadership in the fertility space.
3. Budgeting, Forecasting & Analytics
● Align marketing spends with business goals to ensure efficient investments and positive ROI.
● Prepare and present marketing performance reports and forecasts to leadership.
● Use analytics and data-driven insights to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.
4. Expansion Marketing Support
● Develop go-to-market strategies for new IVF centre launches in Tier-1 and Tier-2 cities.
● Conduct market feasibility studies, competitor benchmarking, and ROI analysis for strategic expansion initiatives.
5. Lead Management & CRM Optimization
● Oversee lead capture, follow-up, and patient conversion processes in collaboration with the call centre team.
● Implement CRM systems for real-time tracking, lead nurturing, and performance analytics.
6. Compliance & Ethical Governance
● Ensure all marketing activities comply with ICMR guidelines, ART Act regulations, and healthcare advertising policies.
● Maintain compliance with data privacy laws and healthcare industry regulations.
● Work closely with legal and compliance teams for campaign approvals and regulatory adherence.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● Increased patient engagement and footfall across OPDs and IVF treatments.
● Positive ROI on marketing spends and cost-efficient campaigns.
● Successful marketing support for new IVF centre launches in targeted geographies.
● Strong brand positioning as a trusted leader in IVF care.
Qualifications & Experience
● 7-8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
● Proven track record of building brands and delivering measurable growth through marketing strategies.
● Expertise in digital marketing, performance campaigns, and integrated media planning.
● Strong understanding of healthcare compliance, ethical marketing practices, and patient-centric communication.
● Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and team management skills.
