We have developed a powerful Sales Engine, a proprietary marketing plan designed to generate a consistent flow of leads. Our Sales Engine is adaptable and effective for a wide range of industries, including Digital Marketing, Creative, Film Production, and IT. We are looking for results-driven B2B sales professionals to drive our expansion by selling this innovative solution.
Role Overview:
As a member of our sales team, your primary responsibility will be selling our proprietary Sales Engine to key decision-makers, including CEOs, CMOs, and business owners, with a primary focus on the Indian market. You will be focused on acquiring new clients and showing them how our proven system can fuel their growth. This role demands excellent communication, a strong B2B sales mindset, and the ability to build and maintain new client relationships. Your specific title and responsibilities will be aligned with your experience and the position you are hired for.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct discovery calls to understand the pain points of prospective clients and present our Sales Engine as the ideal solution.
* Create and deliver compelling proposals, handle objections, and close deals effectively.
* Build strong relationships with potential clients to drive new, long-term partnerships.
* Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
* Work closely with our marketing and strategy teams to ensure seamless new client onboarding.
What We’re Looking For:
* Fluent English Speaker – Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* B2B Sales Expertise – 3-4 years of demonstrated experience in a B2B sales role is mandatory.
* Industry Experience (Preferred) – We have a strong preference for candidates who have worked with or sold services to Digital Marketing, Film Production, or IT companies.
* High-Ticket Sales Experience – Comfort in selling premium services to business executives.
* Negotiation & Persuasion Skills – Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently.
* Self-Motivated & Target-Driven – Ability to work independently and consistently meet sales targets.
* Tech-Savvy – Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn sales, and outreach strategies.
