Hiring for a Marketing Manager - Water Treatment Engineering Solutions A dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the sales and marketing activities for our range of Water Treatment Plants and Equipment This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and execute marketing plans drive B2B sales growth expand market presence and build a high-performing sales team Location Udaipur Rajasthan Industry Water Treatment Plants Equipment Industrial Engineering Products Experience 5-10 years in Sales Marketing preferably in industrial engineering products or water treatment sector Key Responsibilities 1 Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies 2 Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies for water treatment systems e g RO plants STPs ETPs softeners filters 3 Identify and target new market segments including industrial commercial and municipal clients 4 Engage with consultants contractors and procurement decision-makers to promote company offerings 5 Collaborate with sales technical teams to align messaging with business goals Requirements 1 Bachelor s degree in Engineering Mechanical Chemical Environmental or Marketing MBA is a plus 2 Proven 5 years of experience in B2B sales marketing preferably in water treatment or environmental engineering products 3 Strong technical knowledge of water treatment systems and related equipment 4 Excellent communication negotiation project management skills 5 Knowledge of tools like CRM MS Office and marketing analytics Additional Benefits 1 Performance-based incentives 2 Travel allowance and business development perks Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay From 45 000 00 per month Work Location In person
