We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a **Scrum Master cum Product Owner.** In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process as a Scrum Master while also serving as the Product Owner, driving product vision and strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master and Product Owner in Agile software development environments for a minimum of 8 years.
- Extensive experience in healthcare and finance domains, understanding regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and preparing project related documents. - In-depth knowledge of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficient in utilizing Jira and Confluence as Agile project management and documentation tools.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Strong leadership and coaching abilities, with a focus on empowering teams and driving continuous improvement

Experience : 8 years in similar role

Salary : 10 LPA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
