Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Designer to join our social media marketing team. As a Creative Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing visually compelling and engaging content for our social media platforms. You will collaborate with the marketing team to create designs that effectively communicate our brand message, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement with our target audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design visually appealing graphics, images, videos, and animations for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create eye-catching social media campaigns that align with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies and concepts that enhance our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
- Design and optimize social media posts, ads, and banners that effectively communicate key messages and drive user engagement.
- Stay updated on current design trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our social media content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Work closely with copywriters and content creators to develop visually appealing layouts that complement written content.
- Ensure all visual assets are optimized for various social media platforms and adhere to specific technical requirements and file formats.
- Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual brand identity across all social media channels.
- Monitor social media engagement metrics and user feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of designs and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product, to support various campaigns and initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a creative designer, preferably in a social media marketing or digital advertising agency.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects with a focus on social media content.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their respective design requirements and best practices.
- Excellent visual and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts visually and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with video editing and animation tools is a plus.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is desirable but not mandatory.
