We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team as a Creative Designer & Social Media Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging and visually appealing content for our brand as well as managing our social media accounts to drive engagement and growth.

**Responsibilities**:
Creative Design:

- Develop eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and visuals for our digital platforms.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design elements.

Social Media Management:

- Manage and curate content for our various social media platforms (e.g., linkedin, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter).
- Create compelling and shareable posts that resonate with our target audience.
- Schedule and publish content at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and user interactions promptly.
- Utilize social media analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in graphic design and social media management.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Corel Draw, Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop & Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of analytics tools to assess social media performance is a plus.
