Creative Designer

We're looking for a skilled, detail obsessed, and creatively driven Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life across print, digital, and social media platforms, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Design Across Mediums: Create visually compelling designs for print, digital platforms, and social media, ensuring they align with Stahl's brand identity.

• Translate briefs into impactful design concepts and solutions that meet both creative and business objectives.

• Prepare and present design proposals to internal teams and stakeholders. We believe in building well crafted design solutions as a team, a well thought out presentation adds value to the process.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, PR and Marketing teams along with other stakeholders to produce cohesive, effective creative work. Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality. We encourage stepping in to get your work done and shipped.

• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, emerging tools, and industry innovations. Brand Consistency: Ensure every output reflects the brand's visual guidelines, tone, and messaging.

• Ownership: Take full responsibility for the output—from initial concept to final delivery. Think creatively to address challenges and push creative boundaries.

Experience: 3–5 years in graphic design (creative agency background is a plus).

• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge in using other tools like Figma, MIRO, and Lightroom would be nice to have.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile, high-quality design work across multiple formats. It's not the number of projects, but the quality of it that matters to us.

• Sharp eye for design precision and quality control.

• Ability to identify design challenges and propose creative, practical solutions. We encourage ideas, structure and frameworks that help build an organisation.

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred (Not mandatory though, we believe you can be a great designer without a degree too :))
