**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement effective PPC strategies to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and maximize return on investment (ROI).

2. Conduct keyword research, analyze competition, and identify new opportunities for PPC campaigns.

3. Create and manage PPC campaigns, including ad copy writing, landing page optimization, bid management, and budget allocation.

4. Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns for better results.

5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates in the PPC advertising landscape.

6. Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align PPC campaigns with overall marketing strategies and goals.

7. Generate detailed reports and provide insights on campaign performance, recommendations for improvement, and return on investment (ROI) analysis.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

2. Minimum of 1+ years of experience in PPC campaign management, preferably with Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5. Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.

6. Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
