**Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive**

**Roles & Responsibilites**:
We are seeking a permanent Marketing Strategist with at least **2 years of experience who can lead our digital marketing efforts.** This role requires a professional who is not only a seasoned strategist but is also an expert in a range of marketing tools. You will be responsible for crafting, implementing, and managing campaigns that build our brand and generate quality leads for our business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy & Planning**: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across various digital channels to achieve business objectives.
- **SEO & PPC Management**: Lead all aspects of our **SEO and PPC campaigns.** This includes conducting advanced keyword research, optimizing our website for organic traffic, and managing paid ad campaigns on platforms like **Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).**
- **Digital Tools Expertise**: Utilize and manage key marketing platforms to drive campaigns and analyze performance. This includes, but is not limited to, **Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platforms for social media advertising and campaign management on Meta and Amazon.**
- **Market Analysis**:Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities, analyze competitor strategies, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- **Data-Driven Decision Making**: Track, measure, and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns to optimize for maximum ROI.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the content and business development teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.

**What We Are Looking For**
- An MBA from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of **2 years of proven experience as a Marketing Strategist or in a similar role.**
- Demonstrated expertise in **SEO, PPC, and digital marketing strategy.**
- In-depth, **hands-on knowledge of marketing tools from Google (e.g., Google Analytics, Ads), Meta (e.g., Business Manager, Ads), and an understanding of e-commerce platforms like Amazon.**
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies and present data effectively.
- A track record of managing marketing budgets and delivering strong results.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
