This is a full-time on-site role as an Post Sales Operations Executive at SRJ Solution LLC - DU Channel Partner, located in Indore. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing and optimizing business processes, analysing operational data, and ensuring efficient workflow along with Data Collection.

The role will require:
Helping the department to maintain and eliminate the bottleneck of Revenue flow.

Customer success or CSAT maintenance.

Dealing with multi geography customer and Retention overseas.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve operational excellence.

Interpersonal Skills and Communication.

Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse operational data.

Knowledge of operational efficiency techniques and strategies

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,491.67 - ₹30,000.00 per month
