**Responsibilities**:
Ø Fresh Database generation via internet and arrange fixed meeting of executive or Manager

Ø Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

Ø Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospect’s pain points and determine how the IKS will speak to those needs.

Ø Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.

Ø Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospective opportunities

Ø Coordinate all leads, prospects and opportunities, including regular updating and reporting using pipeline and forecast principles

Ø Preparation of weekly and monthly prospecting reports

Ø Work with sales teams to grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals.

Lead Generation Activities:
Ø Execute on Lead Nurturing Strategy

Ø Bring new and different lead gen ideas on ways to reach our targets

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus
